A Psalm of Ufedo(Love)
Hello Papa, Shepherd of Ufedo
The ONE whose body was broken so I can be whole.
Your baby girl appreciates you plenty!
I heard a song today that said, “Because of Jesus, I have a miracle in me.” and I realised not only in me, but because of Jesus I am a miracle that keeps giving, flowing like a free-flowing river into nations, kingdom and people!
How awesome is that!
Jesus, you are my blank check for tangible and intangible
You are my boss who keeps spraying me in every owambe of life
My asoebi is always on point and on time, even if the colour is cockroach brown or onion purple
There is no writer’s block with you because you used the block to build a ladder to creativity for me
I am not Yoruba but my soul says, oshey Baba gidigidi
I am not Igbo but my mind thinks odogwu bu chineke
I come to Igala and my lips say, ajogwu ke butu ma kwu(the warrior who fights without raising dust)
The God of ease, calm, fanfare, senrenren and so much more!
Atarodo has got nothing on you! Neither will Sugar want to speak in your presence.
Take all the glory and accolades, Baba… for all my life and eternity they shall continually be yours, Hallelujah!
