Huddah’s Triangle

This was to be a very very short story but🤷🏼‍♀️.

Episode 1

Huddah had everything going for her, her life was perfect and her fiancé Noel, made it even more beautiful. He loves her very much and provided everything a woman needed. There was nothing she lacked and their relationship was progressing beautifully, so romantic, the envy of all. Nothing could go wrong in their world.

Unknown to Huddah, Noel had a rival Sunny, who was jealous of everything Noel had, especially his relationship with Huddah. So he tried everything to break them up but his efforts failed. Noel travelled and Sunny used the opportunity to push in. He was very persuasive and with his sweet mouth, he was able to get Huddah’s attention. “It’s just a harmless flirtation, nothing more, besides a girl should have admirers to stay fresh” Huddah told herself.

Sunny had done his assignment well, so he knew what to do to make Huddah’s head spin like a bottle. Huddah found herself giggling at his messages and jokes and also comparing Sunny with Noel, “Noel is too serious, he doesn’t know how to have a good time, or give me enough attention, he’s even too old for me.” All these thoughts kept flooding her mind as she turned and tossed on the bed that night.

She made up her mind the day Sunny took her home. He lived in the same estate with his brothers and their wives. Sunny explained they bought the land together because they loved the idea of a big loving family. Each of them had a back gate linking to the other person’s house. Their wives were very friendly; their social media pages showed sisterhood and friendship goals as they went for parties, shopping and vacations together, Huddah was an only child and had always wanted to have siblings who she could do things with, she loved and wanted what they had.

Huddah tried showing there was nothing amiss whenever Noel called, but she was tired and irritated at Noel and everything he said or did. He tried talking to her when he came back after his one-month official trip, but she refused to see him and broke up with him. “I am tired Noel, I want my freedom and someone who can be more exciting. You are too serious, life is meant to be enjoyed. Marriage is for a lifetime, I don’t want to end up with someone who will turn me into a boring old woman. Let’s go our separate ways, I have found someone else and he gets me.” That was the message she sent to Noel. She ignored his calls and messages and moved in with Sunny. He knew the cool spots and things, his brother’s wives welcomed her into their group. They were the IT gang, social media was on fire. A month later they were married…
